Wooden houses - what do we make?
Foundations
For the wooden buildings we design, we offer pile foundations, which are best suited to the projects we prepare. And they are perfect for any type of terrain or soil type. For our houses, you can also choose between strip or flat foundations, depending on the terrain of your plot, your budget and other
preferences.
Floors
For the cabins we design and build, we offer planed floorboards in 19 mm or 28 mm thickness, which can be painted or finished in any way you prefer. To ensure the floor is not only visually appealing but also practical, we manufacture floorboards with a specially milled tongue and groove system. This allows the boards to fit tightly together, resulting in a strong, seamless surface that minimizes squeaking and provides a smoother walking experience.
Doors
We also offer our own windows and doors for our house models. We offer 4 different door options: Premium, Aluminium, Residential and PVC. Doors can be sliding or swinging, with different locking systems for different levels of security and with or without glass. Painting the door in the colour of your choice, customisation of the hardware and other additional details are available for each individual case. Aesthetically, the best result is achieved when the door model is matched to the selected windows.
Windows
Windows are one of the most important components of wooden houses. They not only give the desired appearance to the façade but also add the desired functionality. We offer a choice of 5 different window models that can be customised to suit the exterior of your caravan – you can choose the colour of the frame and hardware you want, different models can have different sashes or no sashes at all, and you can also choose double or triple glazing units.
Wall construction
Wood is one of the most environmentally friendly building materials and, in our opinion, one of the easiest to work with. Depending on whether the house you have ordered is to be lived in all year round or not, or whether it has several storeys, we will produce the appropriate wall thicknesses – from 34 to 90 mm. In addition, the walls are secured with U-shaped profiles and balconies to ensure maximum safety and stability.
Roof and water drainage system
The final step in the construction of a timber house is to cover the roof and install the rainwater drainage system. We offer a choice of 5 different roof coverings: bituminous adhesive, bituminous tile, tin, fibrocement and ceramic tiles. Each coating differs in price and technical characteristics, so the choice should be based on the specifics of the project you
have chosen.
